Reserve your package with a $250 per person deposit to lock in your spot.

Flexible Monthly Payments

Your remaining balance is automatically split into equal monthly payments based on when you enroll.

 

Payment plans can be up to 6 months

All balances must be paid in full by December 28, 2026

Customer Portal Access

After your deposit is submitted, you’ll receive an automated email with access to your customer portal, where you can:

 

View your upcoming invoice

Update your payment method

Make additional or early payments at any time, by requesting a pay link via email.

Shared Payment Plans (Double Occupancy)

For double occupancy reservations, both guests are included under one shared payment plan. One cardholder will be responsible for all scheduled payments.

Important Terms & Policies

 

Authorization to Charge

By enrolling, you authorize Next Paradigm  to automatically charge your card on file. Payments will begin approximately 30 days after your deposit and continue monthly until paid in full. You may request a different payment date if you like via email.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your reservation.

Final Payment Requirement

All balances must be paid in full by December 28, 2026. Reservations not paid in full by this date may be subject to cancellation.

Missed or Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

 

You will be notified to update your payment method.

Continued missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of funds paid.

No Refund Policy

All payments made, including deposits and installments, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or inability to attend. You may transfer your package to someone else if unable to attend. Travel insurance is recommended.

Changes & Modifications

All reservation changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By agreeing to this plan, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Doing so may result in cancellation of your reservation and restriction from future bookings.
